ALLERGIES ?

Let me start off by saying I love being outside, sunshine and plants – I’m a big fan. But for the past two weeks, I have been waking up with almost no voice! After a year with less humans roaming around and traveling outside, the plants this year have EXPLODED. In the past, I’ve had mild irritation, but this year has reached a next level. I take two doctor-prescribed medications, including a nasal spray. So, what to do? I’m able to phonate after I do the following:

  • Take an over the counter Severe Sinus pill (non-drowsy)
  • Steamy shower
  • Navage to clean everything out
  • And a short prayer
  • Drink tons of water to flush everything out

Feel free to reference these past blog posts for other ideas on how to beat the allergy slump:
