The Magic Of Straw Phonation!

Many of our students are fully aware of the magic capability of the almighty straw. One of our favorite parts of introducing straw phonation into a lesson is the students’ sheer confusion followed by amazement of the difference. Using a straw within the lesson is considered a semi-occluded track posture (SOVTP), in the same category as lip trills, raspberries, etc.
